Vitamin D Test Kit

A test pack enabling you to take a Vitamin D blood spot from your finger and return it to the laboratory. The analysis is performed by Black Country Pathology Services at their NHS laboratories in Birmingham and West Bromwich, UK. Our large NHS laboratory has a team of scientists who have offered Vitamin D analysis for over 30 years. Results are sent back to you by email as a PDF report or by post if requested.  The test pack is non-refundable.
