Smooth mag offers a calming malty bedtime drink made up of magnesium, cherry and glycine all helpful to encourage a good nights sleep.

DIRECTIONS: As a food supplement for adults, take 1 scoop (approx. 5g) 1-2 times daily mixed in water, juice, plant-based milk alternative, milk, or blended into a smoothie.
