Optibac for Women

A probiotic designed for women to provide strains that are found in the vaginal and urinary tracts. You can take this product alongside a regular probiotic (being used for the gut or immune health for example). You can take 1-2 of these a day. Some people use this short-term but it can also be taken at 1 day for long term maintenance. Many women like using this for thrush and bacterial vaginosis.
