Bionutri Fish Oil DHA5:1 EPA 45 capsules

Bionutri’s one a day fish oil capsule contains 1200mg of fish oil providing 600mg of omega 3 essential fatty acids DHA/EPA in a 5:1 ratio DHA to EPA in combination with vitamin D3 and vitamin E. The capsules are blister-packed to ensure their freshness right up to the point that they are taken.

Adult: One capsule daily, with food.
Children: (from five years of age) may take the contents of one capsule daily.
