Recommended Dose: 1 spray daily, delivering 400 IU (10μg) of vitamin D3.

Shake well before use.
On initial use, press the pump three times to prime.
One spray directly into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds.
Replace the cap after use.
