DIRECTIONS & USAGE

It’s best to take with meals for better absorption and for getting into what we call the omega-3-is-life routine. 

You can do whatever works for you. Either take them all at the same time so you don’t forget or spread them out across your meals. Lunch and dinner work well.

We recommend that adults take four capsules. Teens (over 12) can take up to 4 capsules per day.
